We went to the beach, I mean shore, again.

This time we went to a beach where you don't have to pay per person, just per car! Crazy New Jersey!!! Alex and I went to Sandy Hook with our friends, the Hogges. Alex loves the beach and swimming and oh my, the sand!!! She still has sand in her bathing suit, even after washing it four times! We had a good time. I lost my wedding rings in the sand, but found them by some miracle. (After we left and came back!) Whew!!!

The Beach...I mean the SHORE!

After moving here, we quickly learned that the beach is not the beach; it's the shore and people will correct you. Anyway, Alexis and I went to the beach (Shhh) on Tuesday with Shandis & Rilee. It was not hot and the water was a little cold, but we had fun. At first, Alex hated the sand. She did not want to touch it, stand in it or be near it, but as you can see she warmed up to it quite a bit. It was the same with the water.

Happy B-day Reven! B.F.F.!!!

We all went to Reven's 2nd birthday party. Alex had a bit of a hard time seeing as how everything was NOT about her. She's our little diva! She cried when we sang "Happy Birthday" and screamed when Reven's opened his gifts. She was especially mad when he opened his Elmo toy. We had a good time though. Thanks Lexie & Rob!

Hi all!
Here are our pictures from the Brooklyn, NY Aquarium. Another one of our family outings during Steve's break. We had a good time. The aquarium is small, so it's a good thing it was free. (Thanks to B.of A.!) Alex loves the fish and pengiuns. She still pretends to be a fish. What a little treat she is. You'll also notice her telling Daddy to "go-way". I wonder where she learned that?!? :)

Put me in the ZOO!

During Steve's 2-week break, one of our adventures was to the Bronx Zoo. Alexis loved it, but was most excited about walking around by herself. We had a good time and saw most of the animals. Alex still talks about the peacock nonstop. She can pronounce "Peacock" very well.
